The character of a GTV lives in its details. We reproduced its AC vents, taking the project from the original component to the finished parts installed in the car.

The existing vent provided the reference for the component’s shape, assembly and moving parts.

We recreated the housing, individual flaps and internal mechanism as a digital assembly.

A physical prototype allowed us to check how the flaps opened, closed and adjusted.

We trial-fitted the prototype in the dashboard to assess its position and operation in the car.

Bring the details back.

The finished black vents, complete with their distinctive red markings, were installed in the GTV’s interior.

Back where
they belong.

Three reproduced vents, back in the dashboard. The familiar shapes, moving flaps and red markings are small details that contribute to the character of the interior.

For us, the satisfying part is seeing the work back in the car.
